My favorite property in Puerto Plata. Clean hotel, I appreciated staff and food.

I appreciated the hotel's staff and food. It included good restaurant because of the food and restaurant. Such an enjoyable stay on vacation.

For a 5 star hotel everything was very good, I liked to be here.

Everything was very clean, we had great 5 days here. The location was stunning, relatively close to El Orquideario. A wide range of food options near the venue.

Possibly the best and fine stay at the same time.

The rooms were huge and new-fashioned, included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, coffee and tea making facilities. The food was great and the bar was good.

Enjoyed the place, had a such great stay during vacation. All of the staff were courteous, amicable. The food was fabulous and the location was amazing!

In relation to the great price paid, it was well-maintained place to stay with friendly service. The breakfast was plentiful and the beach bar was a plus.

Set right by the beach and the mountain in the resort area. Also, we were within easy reach of Costa Dorada.

Low cost hotel with outstandingly helpful staff and I liked unbeatable location. The excellent food was a good touch. A PERFECT 10/10 stay with an excellent swimming pool.

Rooms were silent and silent, exceptionally nice location. Consistently courteous staff was willing to help and suggested different places to visit. The restaurant was amazing, amazing service, lovely food. We had a really great experience here.

It was good time in Puerto Plata. Found in a natural area. It took just 27 minutes by car to get to the airport...

The place was pretty clean and staff were phenomenal, I loved extremely convenient location. I often visited a poolside bar. Comfy beds, climate control and complementary tea were a nice touch. They made my stay fabulous. The beach was perfect. Newly decorated hotel and outstanding service.

Food and layout are cool, and the hotel is kept spotlessly clean.

I loved food and staff. It was close to the public beach. The bathroom was clean & the bedroom was large. Glad that the weather was fine, so I could enjoy its great pool.

The breakfast was traditional, everything was perfectly fine. Ideal location to El Pueblito. Our room had a fine bed and a stunning view. The snack bar was small and the drinks were premium.

In the bathroom water pressure was too low.
